Stop juggling
Features
Four parts of every Sunday, handled in one app. Pick one to see it up close.
Live captions
Live captions show what’s being said during a service, so people who find it hard to hear can follow along. Sermons, readings, prayers and notices are captioned. Songs aren’t, since the words are already on the slide.
The controller’s microphone picks up the speaker during the service.
Speech is turned into text as it’s spoken. Church names and local words can be added so they’re spelled right.
Captions go to the screens you’ve chosen for captions, separate from your slides.
Text appears on the big screen, left-aligned, so lines stay still as they build.
Switch on audience captions and anyone in the building, including first-time visitors, can follow along on their own device. It’s captions only, so there’s nothing to set up for each person.
Visitors scan the QR code on your noticesheet or screen, or type your church’s short code into the Two or Three viewer. No app store, no account.
Captions appear on their own phone or tablet as they’re spoken, in a size that’s easy to read.
Guests choose light, dark or high-contrast colours, bigger text, a dyslexia-friendly font, and how much history to keep on screen. Their choices stay on their own phone.
One tap on Leave disconnects them. Nothing is kept about them, and they can join another church’s captions the same way.
Before captions begin, guests see a welcome with your church’s name. If a service is planned for today, it tells them what time it starts.
When the service ends, the last captions stay on screen to finish reading, with a friendly thank-you underneath.
You can change both messages in your audience settings. Leave them empty to use the ready-made wording.
Guests who follow more than one church can see which of them is live right now.
Each guest’s phone connects once, even if they open captions in more than one tab. During early adoption, up to 10 phones can follow your captions at the same time. Anyone beyond that sees a friendly message and can try again.
Captions are an aid and can occasionally mishear, so the service never depends on them.
Stage display
The band and the speaker can’t see the big screen from where they stand. A stage display gives them their own view, showing what’s on the screen right now and what’s coming next, so there are no surprises and no whispered cues.
The current lyrics fill the screen, with the next lines faded underneath so nobody is caught out by a change.
The section name and “2 of 4”, the key the band is playing in, and what comes next in the service.
Cues you write on a service item, like “drums in on the chorus”, show on the stage screen only. The congregation never sees them.
A clock for everyone, and a timer the person running the service can start, pause and reset.
“Wrap up”, “2 minutes left” and “Stop” are ready to send. Or type your own.
Message everyone, just the ministers, just the band, one particular screen, or one person on their own phone or tablet.
A message stays until you clear it, or disappears by itself after 30 seconds, a minute or two.
On a screen’s page, switch it from Slideshow to Stage display. No need to pair it again.
Create setups such as “Preacher” and “Band”. Choose what each shows, the text size, font and colours.
Whatever you show from the Controller, the stage screen moves with it. There is nothing to click on stage.
Add instructions to a service item, like “Cover John 3 only”. They show on the speaker’s stage view and nowhere else.
Type or paste chords above the lyrics on a song, written in its usual key. The band sees them lined up over the words, moved into the key you are playing that day. The congregation never sees them.
Give an item a planned length. The stage view shows it, and turn on the automatic timer to count down for each item and show how far over you are in red.
When you make a setup for a speaker or the band, “Use recommended settings” switches on the things they usually want. You can still change any of them.
Anyone on the team can open the stage view on their phone or tablet. No screen to link and nothing to pair.
Make a setup for your phone and another for your tablet. They’re saved to your login, so they’re waiting on any device, and the last one you used opens first.
Peek at the next verse without losing your place. Tap “Follow live” and you’re back with the service.
Open the next service on your own and read through every song, with the notes and keys, before you arrive.
Switch between light and dark, keep the screen on, and install it like an app so it opens straight to the stage view.
Messages for “the band” reach every musician’s phone, and ministers only get the ones meant for them.
Personal devices don’t count towards your church’s screen limit. Up to five can be connected at the same time on your plan.
A Live status page shows every linked screen as online or offline, with the slide it is on, so you know the stage is ready before you start.
See each team member’s phone or tablet, the setup they are viewing, and whether they are following the service live or looking ahead.
For people following captions on their own phones you see how many are connected. Guests stay anonymous.
Your plan includes 10 captions guests and 5 team phones or tablets connected at the same time.
Ask extra people to wait, and they are let in on their own as soon as there is a space. Or let them straight in for $1 per extra connection that month.
Extra connections come out of the monthly overage budget you set. When it is used up, new people wait instead. Nothing is ever charged beyond your budget.
Before the service starts, and after it ends, a stage screen shows a waiting message of your choice, or the list of today’s songs. Stage screens count towards your church’s screen limit, and use the same viewer as your other screens, so any tablet, TV or computer with a browser will do.
